Rules of accommodation
Check-in and rent payment are handled remotely by the manager.
— Apartika's working hours are 11:00–20:00.
— Standard check-in from 16:00 to 20:00 (earlier/later upon request)
— Check-out before 12:00 (later on request)
— Deposit 10,000₽ (refundable after cleaning)
🔔 The law on silence in St. Petersburg: from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (weekdays) and until 12:00 PM (weekends). Please take this into account when planning.
💼 Business trips: a package of reporting documents, payment in any convenient way.
👉 Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited (fine 10,000₽).
